Mountains version 6 is an instrument-oriented solution from the surface analysis specialist for all surface metrology instruments. It provides unprecedented surface analysis power by integrating native 64 bit code and multicore optimization to accelerate calculation and process large measurement data sets even faster.
In addition to the customized packages offered by our OEM partners, several Mountains standard packages and optional modules are available for End Users. Standard packages can be purchased directly from us in case they are not used in conjunction with measuring instruments from our OEM partners.
Thousands of research institutes, laboratories, industrial facilities and educational establishments use Mountains® surface analysis and imaging software worldwide. Most users are supplied with Mountains® software by a Digital Surf partner that has integrated the software into a profilometer, a microscope or other surface metrology instrument.
If you use an instrument from a manufacturer who is not a Mountains® partner, you may contact us concerning our standard packages.

Two types of Multiple Licensing schemes are available: Floating licenses based upon a network protection key, and offline licenses based upon separate protection keys. Read below the conditions.

A Mountains® product can be purchased from our OEM partners in conjunction with an instrument or alone. These OEM products may have other names and features according to each instrument manufacturer's policy (for example Talymap from Taylor Hobson).
